Avita Duo
This dynamic Mother / Daughter Duo has recently performed their diverse and captivating programs in Italy, Austria, and Russia; in addition to Illinois, Maine, Colorado, Minnesota and Iowa. Award winning soloists Katya Moeller (violin) and Ksenia Nosikova (piano) have enjoyed collaborating for 10 years. The 2019-2020 Season included performance tours to Brazil and Southeast Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, and Bangkok).
This is a chamber music group that you will not want to miss!
Great presentation! The harmony between them is impressive. The violinist is very young, but shows a technical maturity observed in great musicians. The repertoire ranged from baroque to contemporary, showing the musical versatility of the duo. It was very worth being there! I hope to listen to them again in a future presentation.
