“Empreintes” (‘Footprints’) is the second album by the young French drummer-composer, Anne Paceo, and her trio, Triphase - named after her debut album as leader, on the Laborie label in 2008.

Paceo’s trio, Triphase, was formed in 2005, and features pianist Leonardo Montana and Joan Eche-Puig on bass - and their close collaboration shows in their fluid interplay and their subtle stylistic colours - combined with the originality of their compositions, which are all by Paceo or Montana.

Performing live in France and abroad in 2008 and 2009, winning the Django D'or last December, playing at the Jazzahead festival in Germany...making the Trio acknowledged by the public, tour managers and music professionals.
