The Direct-to-Disc method of recording was warmly welcomed by guitarist Attila Zoller. “It abled me to go from pianissimo to fortissimo within fractions of a second – something I had never been able to do under normal recording conditions”.
„Conjunction“ features four spontaneous improvisations, starting with blues tinged “Keserges for Albert” which is Attila dedicated to his close friend and colleague of many concerts and records Albert Mangelsdorff.
