An intoxicating sound workshop of different moods. Together with her nine fellow musicians, Luzia von Wyl from Lucerne experiments on her recently released album "Frakmont" until the sparks fly. It is dazzling, virtuoso music that not only stretches the boundaries of jazz, but even goes beyond them - the line-up of piano, marimba, percussion, strings and several woodwinds alone goes far beyond a traditional jazz formation. Lyrical, originally orchestrated soundscapes alternate with solid grooves, interlaced rhythms and wide-ranging melody lines.
