To mark the 20th anniversary of "Diario Mali", the joint album by Ludovico Einaudi and Ballaké Sissoko, Decca is releasing the album for the first time as a double album edition. Diario Mali is one of Ludovico Einaudi's early masterpieces and is characterised by its musical fusion of piano and kora.
A masterpiece album by the Italian pianist Ludovico Einaudi and the African kora player Ballake, Sissoko. The music is a dialogue between two cultures, two different worlds. Echoes of Renaissance music, African music, blues and Karaibbean music.
