Info for I Saw Eternity
Leading choral composer Paul Mealor returns with an album of contemplative celebration. Having previously enjoyed massive success with Gareth Malone & the Military Wives and becoming the first classical composer to hold both the classical and pop chart No.1 spots at the same time, I Saw Eternity returns to Mealor’s choral roots emphasising soaring melodies and luscious harmonies. Included on the album is ‘Peace’, a reworking of the popular hymn ‘Make me a channel of your Peace’ and ‘Blessing’, composed as a gift for HRH The Duchess of Cornwall. I Saw Eternity features the celebrated Tenebrae choir led by the acclaimed conductor Nigel Short.
