Cuban-born Xiomara Laugart was born with a feeling for rhythm. Her unique voice allows Xiomara to perform most genres. So it is not surprising that she knows how to sing the different styles of traditional and modern Cuban music. Xiomara has performed in the biggest clubs in Cuba over the years. In order to develop further, Xiomara first moved to Rome and later to New York. Her monthly appearances at the famous Zinc Bar in New York have become legendary. Xiomara is no ordinary phenomenon. This singer has an extraordinary power of expression. Not only with her voice, but also with her special sound. Xiomara can take on any style of music and put her own stamp on it. Xiomara blends the old Cuban songs with today's directness and a marvellous laugh. Xiomara's melodious voice shows a lively and extraordinary sense of rhythm.
