Malin Broman
is an extraordinary violinist in huge demand as a soloist, chamber musician, teacher and orchestral leader. She has performed as soloist with numerous orchestras over the past two decades. In 2008 Malin was appointed leader of the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra. Since then she has been invited to perform as a guest leader with the Mahler Chamber Orchestra and Chamber Orchestra of Europe amongst others and is regularly invited to direct. As a chamber musician Malin is a founder member of the internationally acclaimed Kungsbacka Piano Trio. She was also a member of the Nash Ensemble from 2004–2010.
Simon Crawford-Phillips
has pursued a musical life combining the rôles of soloist, chamber musician, song accompanist, teacher and lecturer. Most recently this has also embraced conducting and he recently made his début with the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra. His career has included concerts in America, Singapore and throughout Europe with artists such as Anne Sofie von Otter, Daniel Hope, Truls Mork, Lawrence Power and the Kungsbacka Piano Trio.
