Biographie Julian Lennon
Julian Lennon
is the son of the iconic musician, John Lennon. As well as being a musician like his father, Lennon is also a photographer, writer and filmmaker. He also dedicates a lot of his time to charity work, including his work for the organization he founded, The White Feather Foundation.
Lennon was famous from the moment he was born, basking in the glow of his father’s success. He is said to be the inspiration for a number of songs by The Beatles, including Hey Jude, Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds and Good Night. Following the death of his father, Lennon paved his own way in the world, finding success not only through music, but also through his own avenues, refusing to ride on his father’s coattails.
One of Lennon’s most impressive achievements is his documentary, WhaleDreamers, which he produced himself, thus earning himself eight international awards. He also assisted in the creation of other acclaimed documentaries such as Kiss the Ground on Netflix and Women of the White Buffalo.
Lennon didn’t allow his success to stop there, beginning to dabble in writing. He wrote a book about his Beatles memorabilia, and then he wrote a trilogy of children’s books about a magical plane. He also has a graphic novel set for release in 2021.
