Info zu PEYOTE
Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, and producer Ambré releases today her highly anticipated new album, "PEYOTE".
Featuring appearances from serpentwithfeet and Destin Conrad, PEYOTE marks a bold new chapter in Ambré’s artistic evolution. Inspired by the peyote cactus and themes of transformation, healing, self-discovery, and spiritual growth, the 15-track project explores personal evolution through emotionally rich songwriting and immersive production.
The announcement follows the release of singles “Laugh Later, Cry Now” and “She˚,” which offered listeners an early glimpse into the album’s introspective tone and sonic direction. The project arrives after Ambré’s 2024 mixtape, i do this sht in my sleep, which further established her reputation for vulnerability and genre-blending artistry.

Ambré
Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, 23-year-old Ambré has already built an impressive career as a multifaceted artist and Grammy-winning songwriter.
A self-taught musician, Ambré learned to play instruments, sing, write, produce, and draw while growing up in foster care. After releasing her first song in 2014 on SoundCloud, she began to get noticed by industry peers and was invited to write for H.E.R.’s debut EP (“Changes,” “U”). Shortly after that, she joined Kehlani on the You Should Be Here tour. Subsequently, Ambré released two independent projects: Wanderlust (2015) and 2090s (2016).
In 2019, Ambré was nominated for three Grammys and won for Best R&B Album for her work with H.E.R. Later, she supported Grammy-nominated Lucky Daye on a cross-continental North American tour. Now, she's continuing her momentum with the release of her debut EP, Pulp, a psychedelic coming-of-age story. The first single, “fubu,” was called “a breezy invite to unwind and then some” by The FADER. She hopes that her listeners will pay attention to her lyrics and be inspired to change the world.
