Mit "Pacific Northwest ’73–’74: Believe It If You Need It" präsentiert die Band ein drei CDs umfassendes Konzertalbum.
Es handelt sich dabei um eine Sammlung von insgesamt 20 Songs, die 1973 und 1974 bei Konzerten in verschiedenen Locations im Pazifischen Nordwesten aufgenommen wurden, darunter das Portland Memorial Coliseum in Portland, Oregon, das P. N. E. Coliseum in Vancouver, British Columbia und der Hec Edmundson Pavilion in Seattle, Washington.
