Reviving the little-known works of the seventeenth century, dusting off the pre-baroque repertoire and searching for connections between genres...
Les Kapsber'Girls: two singers and two instrumentalists, trained at the Lyon Higher National Conservatory of Music and Dance and passionate about the music of the 17th and 18th centuries, which they perform in the hopes of updating it for modern tastes.

Les Kapsber'girls:
Alice Duport-Percier, soprano
Axelle Verner, mezzo-soprano
Barbara Hünninger, baroque cello, viola da gamba
Albane Imbs, baroque guitar, theorbo, direction

Les Kapsber'girls
for a musical stroll through the gardens of Versailles or the Trianon, as they recreate the poise and elegance of the French court in the 17th and 18th centuries. These ravishing ‘airs de cours’, full of grace and charm, bring to life a lost age of courtly romance.
