Das schwedisch/amerikanische Indie-Duo Flora Cash veröffentlicht heute ihr zweites Album „Baby, it’s okay“.

Das verheiratete Duo konnte mit ihrer #1 Single ‚You´re Somebody Else‘ große Erfolge verzeichnen. Das Forbes Magazine bezeichnete den Song als „brilliant“ und sagte, es sei „der wohl faszinierendste Song im Radio des vergangenen Jahres“. Insgesamt wurde die Single über 100 Millionen mal gestreamt, erreichte eine #1 Platzierung im Alternative und Triple A Radio in US und ist eine der meist shazamten Alternative Songs des letzten Jahres.

Dem mittlerweile in Stockholm lebendem Ehepaar gelingt es mit ihren atmosphärischen Sounds seit jeher, den Geist der heutigen Zeit zu treffen und zugleich ein Gefühl von Zeitlosigkeit zu vermitteln. Last fall they performed the song on The Late Late Show With James Corden and Last Call With Carson Daly and earlier this year on Live! The husband-and-wife duo emerged when Minneapolis-native Cole Randall uploaded his music to Soundcloud and caught the attention of Sweden-based Shpresa Lleshaj who stumbled upon his account and started leaving comments under the songs. Facebook messages gave way to an introductory phone conversation, which snowballed into marathon Skype sessions, which eventually led to their marriage.
