Info for Dream Awake
Black Atlass has announced his upcoming album Dream Awake which is slated for release April 3rd via XO Records/Republic Records/Universal Music Canada, the country's leading music company. The announcement comes alongside the new single, "By My Side" feat. Sonia, which sees both artists reflecting on new lovers that make them feel whole again. "By My Side" is the second single off the project following "Lie To Me", his first new song since 2018. The video for the "Lie To Me" follows him and a love interest on a warped trip through an abandoned mansion, wandering through dim corridors and stairwells alongside lyrics expressing the pain of uncovering troubled pasts and yearning to hear lies instead of the painful truth. The two tracks are a clear marker for the album's tone and sets the bar for the forthcoming project.
