This double album is more than three hours of music. This is the summary of the best known songs of Maria del Mar Bonet, that she wanted to offer to its audience on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of her career. The album was recorded live at the Palau Sant Jordi, Barcelona, on April 23th with luxury musical collaborations such as Joan Ramon Bonet Lluis Llach, Martirio, Traditional Ensemble de Musique de Tunis, Joan Manuel Serrat, Paco Cepero, Lautaro Rosas and Nina Venetsanou. It contains, as the album title suggests (heart of time), the heartbeat of time of the artistic career of this Majorcan singer. An evolution that has always been implicit the term coherent. The magnificient voice of Maria del Mar Bonet is evident, especially in playing the songs of her musical beginnings (Aigo, Me n’aniré de casa or the legendary L’Àguila negra) because it is in these times where appear the inevitable comparisons of before and now.
